You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange or return if the product does not suit your preference.

Refund Method 

• Refunds are NOT processed as cash.

• Approved refunds are issued via:

  • Bank transfer, or

  • Approved E-wallets

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

• Processing time may take up to 7–10 business days, depending on the bank or wallet provider.
